Miles Bistro is a cocktail-forward restaurant and bar in St. Paul Square, located at 1170 E. Commerce St. Named after jazz legend Miles Davis, it's built around a striking 360-degree central bar with a curated, shareable small-plates menu and a playful, design-driven late-night atmosphere. It's centered around a striking 360-degree bar and brings a stylish, design-driven atmosphere to one of the city's most exciting corridors. The bistro opened with a curated menu meant for sharing.
Curated Speed dating
Sixth Seat is bringing a new format to San Antonio’s dating scene and we can't wait to have you. Here's how we are doing things:
💌 Private Speed Dating: 7pm-8:30pm ($50)
A curated speed dating experience where 14 singles are secretly paired with a match. All guests will then rotate through 7 rounds, and guess who their secret match is. Guess right, and you and your match win a sponsored date, on us. Your ticket also carries full access into the Group Mixer immediately following the private speed dates.
🥂 Group Singles Mixer 8:30pm-10pm ($35)
After our Private Speed Dating round, we open up the event for a group mixer with 28 additional select singles, for an intentional evening of fun with other singles who have similar backgrounds and interests.
Both groups can expect sounds provided by DJ Krisp, photos of you (and your match), handcrafted signature cocktails, optional conversation starters, and a room full of eligible singles ready to meet their match.

At Clementine, the menu moves with the seasons—thoughtful, ingredient-driven, and quietly inventive. The space feels intimate yet unfussy, creating an atmosphere that is both elevated and relaxed, where each detail is considered without ever feeling overworked.
The experience is best explored through their signature “Feed Me” tasting, where the kitchen guides the table through a curated progression of dishes. It’s a shared unfolding—one that invites curiosity, conversation, and a sense of ease as the evening reveals itself course by course.
Sixth seat Premium: The Creative Futures — Finale Experience (VIP)
An intimate salon-style dinner experience hosted by Sixth Seat as part of The Creative Futures Conference finale. Held inside a private residence at 300 Main in Downtown San Antonio, this evening blends conversation, storytelling, and a chef-driven dining experience. Titled “Lifting the Veil: What It Takes to Create,” the dinner features a live-recorded conversation moderated by Jade Paris, where creative leaders across fashion, music, wellness, tech, and art/media share the unseen realities of building meaningful work and culture in San Antonio. Guests will enjoy a 6–8 course culinary experience of elevated small plates and hors d’oeuvres, with select courses served during the conversation to create a rhythm between food and storytelling. This exclusive experience offers a front-row seat to the honest conversations behind creativity, resilience, and community building.
